Position summary

cations and preparation of Design Intent Document.

  • Preparation of Protection SLD showing principles, relays and meters, & preparation of Functional Design Standards/Descriptions.

  • Preparation of Signal list, trip matrix, Logics & Interlocks & review of Vendor drawings and documents (technical vetting of Control & Relay panels, Auxiliary System).

  • Preparation of schematic diagrams for the interface's equipment in Control & Relay Panel scheme thus providing completeness.

  • Preparation of Cable Schedule & BoQ estimation for ordering.

  • Preparation of Wiring/Termination diagrams, Core sheets, SCS IO Schedule, Voltage drop calculation - Trip & Close coil, LVAC power cable.

  • To engineer and deliver high quality protection solutions against programmed milestones backed up with high quality documentation from initial design through to Factory Acceptance Testing.

  • To challenge and review all elements of the technical solution delivery process, identifying potential improvements in efficiency to minimize project risks whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • B. E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

  • You should have 8 to 10 years' experience within Electricity Supply Industry along with substation tendering and project engineering activities (technical & commercial)

  • You should have knowledge in CAD design tools, El-Master and E3

  • Knowledge of relevant international standards ex. IEEE, IEC etc.

  • Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized projects / challenges often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization.

  • Works independently, applying established standards

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of ownership and able to guide and plan works for the team.
