Position summary

ou'll make an impact**

  • Managing Non-conformances (SAP Q Notifications), Customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis 8D reports, and Customer Case handling (within and without warranty)

  • Analysing all failures and concerns on-site, factories and within the supply chain, and reviewing customer site I&C quality plans, method statements, and Quality Documentation

  • Create, maintain, and manage Inspection test plans (ITP's), Site acceptance test plans (SAT's), and Factor acceptance test (FAT's)

  • Perform training and analysis on Quality cases and execute internal audits on sites, suppliers, and global quality standards assurance (GQSA)

  • Work on and maintain a bespoke High Voltage Service Business Management System (BMS)

  • Maintain the local Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with High Voltage

  • Process Mapping, Development, and documentation in Hitachi ADONIS systems

  • Produce reports and manage Quality KPI's in accordance with business targets with cost of poor quality (COPQ)

Your background

  • Proven experience in Quality Engineering within the Energy sector is essential

  • Experience in coaching of L6S projects, continuous improvement (CI), and training within quality

  • Detailed understanding of quality assurance processes, audits, and inspections

  • Excellent communicator and team player

  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

  • Understanding of the ISO 9001 Quality standard and Subject Matter Expertise (SAP)
