In the **Quality Engineer** role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.  
  
**Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.**  
  
**How You'll Make an Impact**  
  

-   Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements.
-   Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
-   Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures for manufacturing processes.
-   Maintain and update PFMEA to track and minimize risks.
-   Interpret quality data and recommend process improvements.
-   Support Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives.
-   Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams.
-   Provide training on process performance monitoring and improvement.
-   Performing onsite quality audits
-   Support daily quality functions at the assembly units
-   Ability to travel 50% to local assembly units

  
**Your Background**  
  

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or related field.
-   5+ years of experience
-   Experience in quality processes and SAP Quality Module.
-   Prior experience with SAP S4/HANA systems.
-   Knowledge of quality management concepts and industry standards.
-   Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
-   Ability to address quality issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
