Develop effective training materials utilizing Adult Learning methodologies and ensure Trainer capabilities to deliver effective trainings.
Manage training, development and onboarding programs for leaders and manufacturing workforce across South America.
Assess current state and recommend improved training solutions to achieve optimum employee performance and development.
Collaborate with functions across the organization, e.g. global leadership team, business leaders, HR Business Partners to identify training and development structure.
Build organizational capability, drive accountability, and increase employee engagement through ITM system implementation.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in training leadership in program design, learning and development.
Strong industrial background experience.
Experience in leadership with ability to drive continuous process improvements and connect solutions to business needs.
Experience working in a fast paced, continually changing, matrixed environment.
Lean management system experience and driving organizational transformation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines, lead, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Spanish and English
