Your background
Master's degree in electrical engineering
2-5 years of experience in R&D within a business environment
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Solid understanding of energy systems and transformers; experience with bushings is a plus
Ability to align R&D activities with business processes and strategic goals
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
Awareness of intellectual property considerations in the R&D lifecycle
Open-minded, collaborative, creative, and eager to learn
