Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress toward milestones.
Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Support requirement analysis, feasibility studies, solution development, and documentation.
Collaborate within the R&D Project Management Office to continuously improve processes, share knowledge, and grow as a team.
Your Background
University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a related field.
A few years of experience in project management or technical roles within HVDC, FACTS, or substation automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
