Position summary

  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress toward milestones.

  • Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support requirement analysis, feasibility studies, solution development, and documentation.

  • Collaborate within the R&D Project Management Office to continuously improve processes, share knowledge, and grow as a team.

Your Background

  • University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in electrical engineering or a related field.

  • A few years of experience in project management or technical roles within HVDC, FACTS, or substation automation.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.

  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
