Position summary

  • You will be responsible for team member development and career mentoring, ensuring appropriate competencies are developed and acquired within the team according to team strategy plan.

  • You will work overall to support R&D Manager in project preparation, resource coordination and planning.

  • You will build, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external (customers, universities, etc.) contacts to ensure alignment and support for R&D initiatives.

  • You will prepare and monitor the R&D team's budget.

Your background:

  • You hold master's degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related majors.

  • Minimum 5 years and above R&D Experience.

  • Solid knowledge on HV GIS theory and development, deep understanding of the correlation between mechanical, insulation, switching, heat transfer performance, etc.

  • Innovative and creative mind-set, with a tendency to challenge and improve existing approaches.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, strong result-driven, high quality and high-speed execution and show leadership.

  • Good communication skills and team spirit. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
