Work closely with the global IMS Category Lead to implement and further improve the overall category strategy.
Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in temporary labor sourcing, procurement, or management, preferably in Eastern Europe or the Middle East.
In-depth understanding of legislative restrictions, labor laws, and compliance requirements for temporary staffing in targeted regions.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in coaching or mentoring others.
Fluency in English required; proficiency Arabic is highly desirable.
