Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of leadership experience in renewable energy or power conversion.
Proven success in managing remote sales teams and complex sales cycles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in SFDC, Excel, Power BI, and sales enablement tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional and customer needs.
