Position summary

rt production in commissioning internal/external processes/equipment, establish action plans and train relevant maintenance and production resources

  • Proposes and manages the annual maintenance budget. Monitors the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determines actions to cost issues as necessary.

  • Collaborates with operation team in the definition of maintenance plans for production lines and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance and safety of equipment.

  • Carries out routine set-up and adjustments as well as simple repairs and fits simple replacement parts.

  • Ensures availability of required spares/tools to execute the assigned maintenance work according to work flow.

  • Develops and implements life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment

  • Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

  • Solves major technical, equipment or facilities problems in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order.

  • Responds to emergencies, safety observations, break-downs, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruption to production process.

  • Implements health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives to ensure safety of people and resources.

  • Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant maintenance and production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

  • Secure the alignment with legal and HITACHI ENERGY global requirements and address when needed•

  • Coordination with suppliers and getting offer for maintenance spares.

  • Monitoring of AMC services and coordinating with them for services, spares. Maintain service reports and tracking their services and renewal of contract.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Ideally, he will have a bachelor's degree in electrical with relevant at least 6 -8 years of Maintenance experience at industrial facilities

  • Knowledge about the occupational risk assessment methodologies and techniques

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

  • SAP PM module basic knowledge is preferred.
