Position summary

and maintaining a reliable demand/supply plan, promoting forecasting accuracy, developing scenarios, assessing associated risks and constraints (external and internal), and propose mitigation strategies. Simultaneously, analyze resource requirements and investigate interdependencies.

  • Sales & Operations Planning process standardization implementing consistent procedures across the organization to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • Guide the organization to effectively track, analyze, and improve its S&OP process by establishing relevant performance indicators aligned with the organization goals. She or he will implement systematic methods for accurate data collection, identifying through analysis the areas for improvement. Ensuring that all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards and holding teams accountable for their performance.

  • Mentoring and training team members and stakeholders on the S&OP process, tools, and techniques, creating a culture of continuous improvement and engagement in the S&OP framework.

  • Promote digitalization by utilization of full technology in S&OP process wherever is possible, and leverage automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, speed up processes, and minimize errors.

  • Enhance efficiency in S&OP process via ITM methodology to support a continuous improvement environment measurable through the corresponding performance metrics.

  • Establish a reporting discipline culture by creating a dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the efficiency and effectiveness of S&OP reviews and demand/supply forecast improvements. Create reporting routines to communicate performance results to the factory, HUB, and BU levels.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering

  • 10 years of manufacturing experience or similar role

  • Preferred international recognized certification (IBF, APICS)

  • Knowledge of S/4 ERP and MS Excel

  • Technical Project Management requires specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project including.

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.

  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team.

  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, they manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
