Monitor standard report quality by assessing and validating requirements and data and follow up on consistency and accuracy of Marketing & Sales (M&S) dashboards.
Have data readily available and follow up on open issues / concerns.
Assist with technology management where required, including evaluating and implementing sales tools and technologies, project support, testing, rollout support, bug investigation, bug reporting, etc.
Identify sales pain points and investigate and resolve where possible or escalate problems as needed.
Assist with miscellaneous S&M administrative duties as required, such as kick-off events, onboarding, etc.
Your background
5+ years of experience in sales operations, or a related operations role.
Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Familiarity and hands-on experience in working with Salesforce with proven experience in developing reports & dashboards.
Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical skills required to cope with a wide variety of complex information.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
Working knowledge of another European language is an asset.
