You will join a well-structured global Group Function SCM team, which daily collaborates with our 5 global Business Units, global SCM functions and other departments. As a SCM Digital Solution Project Manager your main counterparts are the business process owners and our IT department. In this role you directly report to the Head SCM Digital Solution of Hitachi Energy.
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager with a passion for tools and applications and solid understanding of SCM end-to-end processes. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, the ability to drive multiple simultaneous activities in parallel and attention to detail.
This position requires flexibility in working from the office or home office and willingness to travel, to ensure effective collaboration and communication with the teams and stakeholders.

How You'll Make an Impact:
Ensure the streamlined and aligned strategy for the Hitachi Energy SCM application landscape
Develop the digital roadmap of the SCM applications landscape jointly with the Business Process Owner and act as the business interface towards the IT
Advise the SCM leadership and Process Owner teams in tool & applications
Initiate, support and execute improvement projects with internal and external service provider
Support the budget process by planning budget needs and tracking actual costs (where applicable)
Establish best practices sharing and communication on the activities across the Functions and Businesses
Support Business Process Owners in developing a training strategy and support the execution
Ensure first level support (business NOT technical) in day-to-day issue resolution on tools and applications, deduct improvements proposals and actions jointly with the process owners
Your Background:
Superior knowledge in SCM processes & applications
Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management (operative and strategic)
Excellent project management skills, Self-initiative, strong ownership and responsibility
Logic thinking and strong analytical skills with framework to process complicated issues
Outgoing personality with good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit
Fluent in English
