Position summary

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives

  • Coach and mentor team members on SAFe principles and practices.

  • Remove impediments and blockers to the team's progress and escalate to RTE, if necessary.

  • Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and clear to the team.

  • Track and report on team progress and performance metrics

  • Promote a team environment that values trust, respect, and accountability.

  • Ensure the team follows SAFe framework and adheres to SAFe principles.

  • Promote continuous improvement within the team.

  • Empower the team to self-organize and make decisions.

  • Creating the environment for continuous improvement on Team level.

  • Supporting the overall SAFe implementation.

  • Experience of working in international teams.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Should have 8+ years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of SAFe & Scrum framework.

  • Certified Scrum Master (SSM, CSM, PSM) or similar Agile certification

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

  • Demonstrated understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and their benefits.

  • Experience with Agile project management tools, for e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello etc.

  • Handson experience on tools like Miro, Mural etc.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Skilled in mediating conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • High degree of intercultural awareness.

  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

  • Good to have knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) & experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
