Position summary

nd achieve growth aspirations for the Renewables Segment in Germany

  • Plan and monitor Marketing & Sales support strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor channel performance

  • Manage sales of products, systems, and services within the Renewables business segment in accordance with the global strategy

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor sales performance

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in the Renewables Segment and related applications

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • 5 years + proven experience in sales and segment management within the Renewables or related industry

  • Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution Industry

  • Presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills on C-Level.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for high volume investment assets in the electrical industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel (50%)

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
