Responsible for HVDC activities in Spain with fiduciary delegation to act as managerial focal point within HE entity in Spain including operations and site development.
Key areas of responsibility:
Overseeing HVDC activities within the local structure, certifying that the area of responsibility is properly organized, skilled and staffed as per its needs.
Delivering operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction as well as compliance with local regulations.
Ensuring the achievement of established targets through sufficient regular oversight and creating a definition of actions for improvement where applicable.
Your Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience managing large EPC projects in the energy or industrial sector.
Skilled in navigating complex contractual setups with clients and partners.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple teams.
Influential communicator with leadership presence.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
Familiar with risk, schedule, and change management.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a focus on results and collaboration.
