sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, presenting the full-service portfolio, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, retrofit, and digital service and ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC) and timely forecasting of orders and revenues.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, and legal) for proposal preparation, delivery, and project execution and conduct regular customer visits, participate in industry forums, and represent the company in external engagements, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments in the assigned region.
Ensure that the inside sales organization and tendering process including the Risk Review process is followed and respected and that the risk assessments related to price and quality, register required information into the appropriate customer database, ensure technical reliability, safety, best solutions to satisfy customer's needs and comply with health and safety directives.
Stay updated on technological advancements and market trends to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in service offerings to support the Business Units vision.
Planning daily activities, developing, and maintaining customer relations and managing customer accounts, Developing, implementing, and following up on strategic sales plans.
Establish effective business relations with sales executives, management, and technical team members. Preparing periodic sales reports, forecasts and market plans.
Meeting with personal sales targets as planned, coordination with Local Service Sales Manager to decide on pricing strategies, exploring further market opportunities from both existing customers and potential customers and proposing techno-commercial solutions according to customers' requirements.
Supervising distribution and archiving documentation issued to customers as part of tendering and contract negotiations and maintaining project pipeline and ordering forecasts using Hitachi Energy tools.
Engaging with customers to learn and understand the drivers influencing their specification. Work out ideas on how to influence customer buying criteria.
Monitor customer's expectations and requirements related to HSE and Sustainability, promoting Hitachi Energy HSE and Sustainability culture and vision to our clients to gain commitment and ensuring all sales activities comply with Hitachi Energy's integrity, safety, and quality standards.

Your background
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Service sales & Strong customer relationship skills.
Proven understanding of Hitachi Energy systems and products.
Experience working within the Energy sector and strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel across assigned countries as needed and UAE/GCC driving license is preferred.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
