How you'll make an impact

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

  • Handle day to day service requests

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.

  • Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.

  • Maintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.

  • Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.

  • Contribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support or development.

  • Strong experience working in application using .Net Core, C#, MS SQL

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
