Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy (delivery time, payments and general terms and conditions).
Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering degree. Knowledge in Transformer / Power Substation
Should have hands-on 1-3 yrs experience in Transformer Sales.
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time management.
Ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel, word & Powerpoint) & Sales force
Proven interpersonal abilities with peers, colleagues, superiors, customer, suppliers and service providers.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
