**The Opportunity**  
  
Join us as a **Test Technician** at our **Mount Pleasant, PA** site and play a critical role in ensuring product excellence through precise testing and analysis. You'll perform a variety of laboratory procedures to verify quality standards, analyze results, and maintain compliance with physical and chemical specifications.  
  
**Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.**  
  
**How You'll Make an Impact**  
  

-   Conduct routine and advanced quantitative and qualitative tests.
-   Perform measurements, calculations, and evaluations of test results.
-   Analyze experiments to confirm conformity to specifications.
-   Operate standard and specialized laboratory equipment.
-   Maintain accurate records of tests and analyses.
-   Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
-   Troubleshoot non-routine problems requiring analytical skills.
-   Support continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

  
**Your Background**  
  

-   Vocational or technical education in chemistry, materials science, or related field.
-   Broad knowledge of laboratory procedures and tools from extensive experience.
-   Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment and standards.
-   Ability to work under limited supervision and solve complex problems.
-   Strong analytical and documentation skills.
-   Experience mentoring or assisting lower-level employees.
