Your Background
Bachelor's degree or 7 years' experience in supervisory and leadership roles in a manufacturing or equivalent environment equivalent hands-on experience in Training
3+ years in developing and delivering training programs
Proficiency with KPIs and metrics related to workforce learning
Lean management experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication, coaching, and project leadership skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
