How You'll Make an Impact
Define and implement a People compliance strategy for the US.
Develop and provide training on HR-related policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, labor law, and internal agreements.
Serve as the OFCCP Compliance Officer for the US.
Drive compliance with Hitachi Energy's global privacy requirements.
Lead a network of HR Business Partners and Labor Relations positions.
Participate in labor contract negotiations and support union-related communications.
Provide advice and guidance on compliance and labor relations crises.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience
Relevant professional qualification/accreditation.
Experience in a global organization with a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong coaching skills and ability to lead teams through influence.
Excellent knowledge of HR compliance topics, including EEO and Affirmative Action Plans.
Significant experience in collective labor relations and facilitating change.
Manufacturing and/or labor industries relations experiences a strong plus
