    What You Will Do

    Deliver Core Culture + People program support

    • Administer and execute human resource initiatives including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits and leave; employee relations matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development**.**

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers, serve as a first point of contact for employment‑related inquiries, and provide coaching on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Support and document investigations and participate in disciplinary meetings and terminations as needed.

    Manage Culture + People transactions and HRIS updates

    • Own the accuracy and timeliness of employee data in Workday and related systems, including talent acquisition, position offers, pre‑employment, onboarding, terminations, pay changes, reporting structure changes, promotions, transfers, and other employee lifecycle transactions. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure changes are executed accurately and timely.

    Drive compliance and risk management

    • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non‑mandatory training, continuing education, safety programs, and work assessments (e.g., safety training, anti‑harassment training, professional licensure, certifications). Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and support compliance reporting, internal audit/SOX and other compliance requests.

    Provide HR reporting and analytics

    • Prepare and deliver ad‑hoc and recurring HR reports and data from Workday and other HR systems to support business leaders, audits, surveys, and external reporting needs (e.g., diversity metrics, risk metrics, ESG, SOX/Internal Audit, compensation surveys).

    Support engagement and company initiatives

    • Partner with Culture + People team, Corporate and regional leadership teams, to support engagement and other initiatives that align with Company priorities and focus. Partner with leaders and teams to analyze and communicate results of employee surveys and support the development and execution of related action plans.

    Serve as a culture steward

    • Maintain positive employee relationships, model our company values, and help foster a climate of high performance, teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication**.**

    • Perform additional projects and responsibilities as requested to support the Culture + People team and broader business objectives. This job description is not meant to be an all‑inclusive list of duties and responsibilities; other related duties may be assigned based on business needs.

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.

    • 3-5 years of progressive experience with a proven track record of success in roles focused on HR generalist work, including employee relations and HR operations (experience level may be adjusted depending on specific role level).

    • Experience working with a distributed, fast paced organization is strongly preferred.

    • Experience with Workday or strong skills using HR software to access, analyze, and report on data.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; comfort working with HR reporting tools and Excel based reporting.

    • Strong working knowledge of Human Resources practices and related employment laws. Solid understanding of core Human Resources functions, including but not limited to; employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and compliance.

    • Working knowledge of employment related laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour) and the ability to apply them to practical situations.

    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; able to manage data accurately and meet tight deadlines.

    • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate as a self-directed team player in a rapidly changing environment.

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (listening, written, and verbal) with the ability to interact and work collaboratively with employees at all levels, including executives.

    • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and company information.

    • Demonstrated "can do" attitude, strong problem solving skills, and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.

    • SHRM CP or PHR certification is a plus.
