al understanding of the Summerlin Community-Wide Standards and design criteria of the Summerlin North master association. Coordinate improvement submittals, review and response process for the Summerlin North review committee to include:
Process, review and respond to master association submittals.
Schedule Design Review Committee meetings.
Oversee all Design Review Committee meetings, record and prepare the minutes.
Prepare correspondence from Design Review Committee and serve as liaison with homeowners, contractors and sub-associations.
Research and respond to inquiries from owners regarding the design review process, Summerlin Community-Wide Standards and Summerlin North design criteria. Assemble and dispense information requested by homeowners, contractors, sub-associations and other agencies.
Assist in creating and updating design criteria. Prepare and distribute amendments of master association design criteria, to all homeowners and sub-associations.
Assure compliance with approved plans and assist Community Management in enforcement of design review policies with property inspections and communication of issues/violations to members.
Provide status report of improvement requests submitted to Summerlin West and Summerlin South design review committees.
Enhance customer-oriented review and approval process to effect timely handling and positive results for membership.
