    Position summary

    Financial Analyst to join our team and report to HHH's Vice President of Finance at our corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, TX. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting both the corporate office and regional management teams with monthly updates to the company's internal cash flow forecast models. This would include ongoing maintenance of operating asset forecasts utilizing Argus Enterprise software, monthly reporting and analysis of actuals results compared to forecast assumptions, direct communication with property management and leasing teams to gather data needed for forecast updates and coordination with accounting to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting financial results. Additionally, the analyst will be exposed to asset management assistance, quarterly reviews of supporting documentation for SEC financial data, the creation of long-term scenario models to assist with strategic planning and various other critical financial analysis as required by the Senior and Executive Management team. This role requires a passion for excellence and teamwork while demonstrating a strong understanding of finance and real estate valuation techniques.

    What You Will Do

    • Update and maintain revenue forecasts for Operating assets utilizing Argus Enterprise software.

    • Provide leasing analysis, including impacts to property valuation based on various lease structures.

    • Work directly with regional property management teams to assist with forecast analysis and reviews.

    • Create and maintain financial models to evaluate cash flow projections, including scenario-based forecasts.

    • Produce variance analysis reports to assist Corporate and Regional Chief Financial Officers with monthly reviews of actual results.

    • Act as liaison between accounting and property management teams to ensure accuracy in forecasting and reporting of expense recovery revenues from tenants.

    • Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for the executive management team and Board of Directors, outlining key financial metrics and strategic initiatives of the Company.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to assess risks, formulate investment strategies, and provide recommendations that will drive increased shareholder value.

    • Monitor and analyze market conditions, economic indicators, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments.

    • Assist with preparation of board materials and other important tasks that arise from time to time.

    • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends and innovative investment strategies.

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or related fields. MBA, CFA and/or CPA desirable, but not required.

    • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the commercial real estate industry.

    • Strong work ethic, consistent attention to detail and unchallenged integrity.

    • Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods.

    • Understanding of basic real estate accounting and financial reporting.

    • Thorough knowledge of and experience with using Argus Enterprise software.

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Solid understanding of real estate markets, property types and investment strategies.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of departments.

    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
