    Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. is establishing Seaport Entertainment with the intention of completing its spinoff as a publicly traded company by year-end 2024. The planned separation of Seaport Entertainment from Howard Hughes would allow the new company to operate independently as a pure-play entertainment enterprise, equipped with a robust team of industry leaders to ensure its long-term success.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to manage the design, implementation, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a key component of which will be Workday). This role will also be a key player in driving reporting and analytics for the HR function including the creation of dashboards and reports as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Technology and ability to collaborate successfully with HR leaders, IT professionals, and cross functional teams to enhance our HRIS infrastructure and drive efficiency across HR processes.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of a stand-alone Workday system as we prepare to spin off to a stand-alone company.

    • Serve as subject matter expert on HRIS related matters and contribute to cross functional projects as needed

    • Support creation and analysis of metrics, reporting, dashboards; analyze trends and provide recommendations/ solutions

    • Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity

    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows through automation and technology

    • Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to operations

    • Provide training and support to end users of systems to maximize system utilization and proficiency

    • Partner with IT to address technical issues, troubleshoot errors, implement security measures to safeguard data

    • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to assess data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data integrity

    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technology, and best practices in HRIS and recommend innovative solutions to do continuous improvement

    • Support and perform other duties, projects, initiatives as per business need

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology and project management and/or related HR tech role

    • Proven expertise in implementing and managing Workday and Ceridian or similar systems

    • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)

    • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.

    • HR Certification is a plus
