    Position summary

    Hughes' Houston Region team and will be responsible for a variety of marketing responsibilities. Howard Hughes is searching for a driven, creative, and well-rounded individual to help drive success in our award-winning communities.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and help implement marketing initiatives that include ad campaigns, marketing collateral and signage.

    • Incorporate brand standards across all platforms to ensure continuity.

    • Maintain residential marketing databases (prospects, buyers, Realtors and residents) and insure timely import of new data.

    • Support necessary data reports from the MPC management software to track and analyze buyer demographics and home sales reports and assist with reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to measure the success of all marketing efforts.

    • Conduct an annual competition analysis and report findings to the team.

    • Update the image and video library to ensure the library is up to date with signature assets.

    • Assist in the creation and revisions of marketing materials and manage inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.

    • Assist with photo and video shoot productions and execution.

    • Assist in event planning, logistics and implementation for community events and Realtor and builder relations.

    • Assist with creating presentations, decks, and event recaps.

    • Assist in processing vendor contracts, marketing invoices and expense reports.

    • Assist in the planning and implementation of Howard Hughes' community outreach program (HHcares).

    • Assist and serve as back-up for digital marketing efforts as needed.

    • Assist in the annual scholarship program, including the preparation of applications for review by the selection committee, coordinating photo ops and processing scholarship payments.

    • Provide overall administrative duties for the marketing department.

      • Other duties as assigned.

    DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication is required.

    • Work experience in a marketing role is preferred.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage duties effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.

    • Must work well in a team environment but also be able to work independently, with the ability to efficiently manage priorities and deadlines.

    • Proficient in basic office computer programs (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in more advanced programs is a plus (Adobe Creative Suite).

    • Ability to work with multiple management teams across our various business units.
