    Position summary

    stainability team that works cross-functionally across national operations and supply chains to develop and scale solutions on energy, water, materials and carbon.

    This team works cross-functionally to define and coordinate on a business aligned strategy, to develop, scale and implement new solutions that accelerate decarbonization and serve as a point of technical coordination across HHH on sustainability. The carbon reduction efforts across our operations and value chain require detailed planning and coordination across multiple groups and activities include master planning, design and operations.

    What You Will Do

    • Work with teams to execute on the company wide carbon reduction roadmap. You will collaborate with consultant teams of subject-matter experts and program managers in charge of planning processes and cross-functional execution across HHH.

    • Play a crucial role in assessing and improving the environmental, social, and economic impact in the organization

    • Support data analysis, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to drive sustainability performance and promote responsible business practices to our stakeholders, including the ESG data relevant to our investors.

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on energy consumption, waste management, greenhouse gas emissions, and other sustainability metrics

    • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders

    • Review Key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards sustainability goals

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals

    • Identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and renewable energy

    • Conduct research on best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements in sustainability

    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and encourage participation

    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to educate employees and stakeholders about sustainability practices

    • Stay updated on regulations (local and international) related to sustainability, ensuring organizational compliance

    • Review sustainability-related risks, including climate change impacts and resource scarcity

    • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with sustainability principles

    About You

    • BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial).

    • Minimum 1-2 years experience required.

    • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems across a variety of building types including commercial offices, multifamily and mixed-use environments.

    • Strong quantitative and financial modeling abilities.

    • Inquisitive and intellectually curious.

    • Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.

    • Able to meet deadlines as necessary.

    • Working effectively with minimal supervision.

    • Strong organization and attention to detail skills.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Good problem solving/creative thinking.

    • "Can-do" attitude, pro-active and resourceful.

    • Multi-tasking and extensive organization and follow up.

    • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Projects.

    • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

    • Must be able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

    • Onsite physical presence required.
