lcome Center, guide them through the community story, and answer general questions about the community, schools, the general area, builders, directions, etc.
Deliver a detailed presentation about the community's enriched lifestyle to include the neighborhoods, amenities, events and activities.
Assist in collecting/recording visitor registration information.
Act as a liaison between prospective residents and builder sales offices, facilitating seamless communication.
Assist in answering the telephone and directing calls/answering questions to maintain engagement.
Follow-up on requests made for information to be mailed, e-mailed, etc.
Assist in printing and/or preparation of marketing brochure materials for Welcome Center and/or distribution to Realtor offices, special events, etc.
Provide other clerical support as needed in such areas as filing, database entry, preparation of reports, updating of area information, etc.
Assist in the preparation of the Welcome Center for daily activities including opening/closing of center, preparation of refreshments for visitors, turning on lights and electronics (monitors, TV's, etc.,), re- stocking of displays with brochure materials, inserts, etc., monitoring of overall appearance and cleanliness of Welcome House and/or displays, etc.
Provide feedback to Welcome Center Manager and Sr. Director of Marketing on visitors' comments, requests, complaints, suggestions for improvements, etc.
Assist in hosting on-site and off-site events held from time to time for Realtors and/or the public.
Other duties as assigned.
About You
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Retail Sales preferred.
19-28 hours/week-average of 24-26 hours/week (including weekends)
9:30am - 5:00pm Monday thru Sunday-structured part time job, must be flexible and willing to work different shifts every week including both weekend days.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly proficient in MS office applications: Word, excel, outlook-data entry
Able to quickly pivot between tasks.
Professional interaction with clients and vendors.
Build positive working relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
Exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
Work overtime as required.
Able to meet deadlines as necessary.
Effectively work with minimal supervision.
Strong organization and attention to detail skills.
