Alternative Distribution Relationship Manager, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin - Vice President

• Regular in-market meetings with advisors, GP partners, and COIs to build trust and better understand market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the alternative investment industry in a client facing capacity (e.g. external wholesaler, capital raising specialist, client portfolio manager, product specialist)
• Self-motivated, client first, adaptable, team player, with a desire to build a sales career with an industry leader
• Expertise in RIA, Independent BD or Bank distribution segments
• Demonstrated success building a region, using data and CRM to inform decisions, and implementation of a well-defined sales process
• Able to sell and provide post sale support for a world-class platform of hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and real estate offerings
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are required
• CAIA certified or obtain within three years of hire

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary and equity for all full-time employees. This role will include a commission based bonus. Employees in this role will work fully remote based in the Chicago area. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
