Responsibilities
Lead and manage departmental projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance departmental performance.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and team members across the firm.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role within a department.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
