Position summary
cluding terms of service, privacy policies and commercial agreements.
- Handle client enquiries regarding data protection practices, withdrawal of information, right to be forgotten and related rights.
- Manage client data rights tracking for new products and services (e.g., portfolio analytics, market insights, indices)
- Draft and review various contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolutions, trends and best practices related to data issues (e.g., expanding personal data rights, AI/ML regulations).
- Perform ad hoc research projects.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience within a top-tier law firm and/or in-house in a data rights management or data protection role.
- Licensed to practice law in good standing in Portugal.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Willing to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment.
- High level of integrity.
