    Position summary

    engineering productivity and program transparency. This role requires comfort operating in an AI-augmented environment - identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and cross-team coordination.

    This is a leadership and execution role focused on orchestration, visibility, and delivery excellence - it does not involve hands-on coding or testing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams
    • Partner with Engineering to define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes
    • Establish clear governance, reporting, and risk management practices to ensure transparency and accountability
    • Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders
    • Collaborate with Technology leadership to shape forward-looking strategy and execution frameworks
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness across the broader Technology organization
    • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving initiatives

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in at least two of the following:
      • Technical Program Management
      • Financial services industry
      • Technology or financial services consulting
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
    • Familiarity with relational database concepts and data modeling
    • Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
    • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • PMP certification a plus

    Employees in this role will work fully remote. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
