Preferred Qualifications:
Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Integrate AEP data sources and schemas to support journey orchestration.
Collaborate with marketing and data teams to define use cases and audience segments.
Develop and manage real-time and batch journeys across email, push, and other channels.
Ensure data governance and compliance within AEP and AJO environments.
Monitor journey performance and optimize for engagement and conversion.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for AJO campaigns
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schemas, datasets, and segments.
Experience with Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Events, and Decisioning Engine.
Familiarity with JSON, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Knowledge of customer data models, identity resolution, and data ingestion workflows.
Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO.
Exposure to marketing automation and personalization strategies.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
