- 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation, personalization, and testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating Adobe Target with CMS and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and tag management systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret user behavior, experiment results, and conversion metrics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in agile environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of machine learning-based personalization techniques.
- Exposure to customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalization strategies using Adobe Target.
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and AI-driven experiments to optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and other data tools to derive insights and improve targeting strategies.
- Maintain and optimize audience segmentation, recommendations, and dynamic content delivery.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking implementation for seamless reporting and optimization.
- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud advancements and incorporate best practices.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
