    This position is based out of Dallas, TX. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.

    Qualifications
    Basic
    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • 5+ years of experience in AEP, CDP, and data-driven customer engagement
    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in AEP, CDP, and data-driven customer engagement.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
    • Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer AI, Journey Optimizer, and Experience Edge.
    • Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and API integrations.
    • Hands-on experience with tag management, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute personalization and marketing strategies.

    Good to Have

    • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and AI-driven customer engagement.
    • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and secure data handling.
    • Exposure to predictive modeling, customer retention strategies, and advanced segmentation techniques.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.

    • Lead data ingestion, transformation, and activation across multiple channels.

    • Develop and manage customer profiles to enable real-time personalization.

    • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to orchestrate customer journeys using AI-driven insights.

    • Optimize identity resolution strategies for unified customer views.

    • Ensure data governance, compliance, and security in platform usage.

    • Analyze user behavior, segmentation performance, and campaign results to drive improvements.

    • Stay up to date with advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud and AI-driven marketing.

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
