Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 5+ years of experience in AEP, CDP, and data-driven customer engagement

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
Lead data ingestion, transformation, and activation across multiple channels.
Develop and manage customer profiles to enable real-time personalization.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to orchestrate customer journeys using AI-driven insights.
Optimize identity resolution strategies for unified customer views.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and security in platform usage.
Analyze user behavior, segmentation performance, and campaign results to drive improvements.
Stay up to date with advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud and AI-driven marketing.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
