    Role: - Associate Analyst - Knowledge Services ( PMO Support )
    Location: - Sydney
    Status - 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement
    NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.

    JOB DESCRIPTION: -
    The PMO Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative support to the PMO team and project managers. They maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meeting notes, actions tracking, follow-ups.
    • Risk - Maintain RAID, risk forum meeting invites, notes, actions tracker.
    • JIRA - setup, sprint planning, retro, stand-up invites and running. Noting blockers and documenting owners each stand-up for follow-ups.
    • Finances - WASP, Clarity allocations aligned to current tasks Ange does across downstream teams, DXC etc.
    • From weekly status meetings, take notes and update milestone trackers and actions, as needed update RAID.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    • Strong understanding of the Reporting, repository and documentation and document management and report making.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting operational improvements.

    Qualification Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
