As an Associate Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of businesses including several large, strategic clients in manufacturing and automobile sector COREMFG .You will be part of an Account team responsible for managing the relationship with the customer and driving profitability and growth.
Client Manager is responsible for overall relationship management of accounts over $10Mn portfolio. Building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction by acting as the main point of contact, resolving issues, understanding needs, and identifying new opportunities to boost loyalty and footprints across the portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Skills /Competencies:
Strong experience of working in Technology sector with over $10 Mn budget
10+ Years of experience in Customer Management roles
Should have strong experience of working with SaaS companies or SaaS platforms.
Strong track record of managing programs and portfolio
Demonstrated portfolio growth with improved profitability.
Key Competencies: Understanding of latest Technology Domains and GenAI/ML will be added advantage.
A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong client relationships
Recent experience selling AMS services engagements
Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
History of successful sales of technology services deals across multiple offerings including specific experience in application lifecycle services, mobility, cloud, testing solutions
