Position summary
supporting, and maintaining APIs hosted on Azure API Management in a production environment.

Ensuring high availability and performance by handling incidents, troubleshooting API issues, managing policies, certificates, and integrations, and coordinating root cause analysis.

Working closely with development and cloud teams to deploy fixes, manage releases, and adhere to SLAs, security, and compliance requirements.
