Position summary
lign architecture with business goals
- Strong trouble shooting, problem solving, analytical and design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge in ITIL process and cloud support
- Good knowledge in IaC (Terraform)
- Good knowledge on SHELL Scripting, UNIX Commands
- Experience in Client handling.
- Must have worked in Onsite-Offshore Model
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
