Skills /Competencies:
Essential Skills:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
7+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
Should have good experience in Change Management Strategies and Plans
Strong expertise as a BA and elicit, analyze, validate, document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Document detailed requirement specifications as work items, ensuring traceability and version control.
Validate deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and support requirement clarification workshops
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum).
End-to-end adoption and change management covering both pre- and post-deployment for new users, including communication, training, and user enablement.
In-person offshore training must be delivered in English and Malay language
Ensure alignment with business readiness, change impacts, and operational continuity.
Design and deliver user training programs, including:
Train-the-Trainer sessions for expert users and tenant administrators
End-user training workshops and learning sessions
Candidate should travel to places like Kerteh Terengganu, Gurun Kedah, Sarawak on need basis
Coordinate and deliver onsite/offshore training where required, ensuring appropriate certifications and language proficiency.
Develop, maintain, and update training and enablement materials.
Organize and facilitate workshops with business units
Develop and execute structured communication plans for Business process changes, UAT activities, release notes, etc
Create and maintain documents such as User guides, FAQs, Training decks and workshop materials
Drive post-go-live adoption and stabilization activities.
Collect user feedback through implementation surveys.
Prepare and present implementation and change impact reports to stakeholders highlighting outcomes, feedback, and improvement areas.
Candidate should able communication fluently with business users in both English and Malay (must to have skill) language.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Should provide additional support to team for any critical testing activities
BOSIET certification for training purposes
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Experience in large transformation or digital programs
Client-facing or global delivery experience
