    Position summary

    t (GBS)** is accountable for the end-to-end process design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of activities across direct and indirect procurement within the GBS operating model. This role ensures standardized, compliant, digitally enabled processes that deliver measurable value in cost, risk, supplier performance, cycle time, and stakeholder experience.

    Your tasks in detail:

    • Consistent process standards, policies, and controls across regions/business units;
    • High-quality execution with clear roles, governance, and service performance;
    • Strong compliance and risk management;
    • Maximum value realization through digital tools (Ivalua, eSourcing, CLM, supplier management) and analytics;
    • Scalable operations that enable growth, transformation, and business agility;
    • Own global S2C process taxonomy, standards, and operating procedures across direct and indirect procurement;
    • Define process boundaries and handoffs with upstream demand intake and downstream P2P/S2P processes;
    • Own process documentation: SOPs, work instructions, RACI, decision matrices, and process maps;
    • Ensure Sourcing processes comply with procurement policy, delegation of authority (DoA), and controls;
    • Embed compliance requirements (competition law, anti-bribery, data privacy, sanctions, supplier diversity/ESG as applicable);
    • Partner with Legal and Risk to standardize contract clauses, playbooks, templates, and approval workflows;
    • Drive audit readiness and control effectiveness (evidence, testing, remediation);
    • Define and manage GBS Sourcing KPIs and SLAs;
    • Create insight-driven performance reviews, root-cause analyses, and action plans;
    • Improve stakeholder satisfaction and service experience;
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across GBS Sourcing Operations;
    • Identify bottlenecks and drive standardization, simplification, and automation;
    • Deliver measurable benefits: cycle-time reduction, compliance uplift, cost avoidance, risk reduction;
    • Build process knowledge and capability across GBS operations and category teams;
    • Develop playbooks, training curriculums, and onboarding materials;
    • Coach teams on best practices in sourcing, negotiation governance, and compliance.

    Skills you need to be part of the team:

    • Very good English Language skills (oral and written);
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field ;
    • Master's degree / MBA (preferred);
    • 10**-12+ years** in procurement / sourcing / transformation/ operations and process management;
    • Strong experience in Sourcing process design and governance ;
    • Proven experience managing direct and indirect procurement processes;
    • Experience working in GBS / Shared Services / COE models with global stakeholders ;
    • Experience with process controls, audits, policy compliance, and operating model design ;
    • Track record of delivering measurable improvements.
