Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify sourcing opportunities.
Manage RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations.
Anchor the key internal & external governance meetings, focusing on the following areas: savings/productivity, escalation management, change management, and key sourcing projects
Conduct plant visits for stakeholder connects
Handle escalations related to key stakeholders, build relations /network within the client organizations & partner to plan for future challenges to ensure strong customer relationships
Identify & implement transformational opportunities to in line with the client's business objectives
Qualifications Basic:
Strong category experience in MRO: Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals, personnel transportation.
Be familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ process, tender Management , and familiar with e-sourcing systems (e.g.: Coupa, Ariba, Xeneta, Bravo).
Excellent communication and networking skills - able to effectively manage and influence stakeholders.
Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
In a food manufacturing or large engineering / automotive manufacturing organization.
Experience of dealing with aggregators is a plus.
Must be fluent in the French Canadian Language
