Preferred Qualifications:
Lead business analysis for card payment systems, including credit, debit, and digital payment solutions
Analyze transaction data, payment trends, and user behavior to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for payment solutions
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment operations, including transaction success rates, fraud metrics, and processing costs
Create detailed documentation for payment workflows, system integrations, and operational procedures
Support the implementation of new payment features, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, etc.)
Evaluate and recommend third-party payment service providers and payment gateway solutions
Develop and maintain reports on payment performance, reconciliation, and settlement processes
Work closely with development teams to test and validate payment functionality across platforms
