Role: Consultant - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

About Your Team
You will be part of the Infosys Salesforce and Data Practice, working on customer data unification, analytics, and AI-driven engagement programs using Salesforce Data Cloud.
Your Role
As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, you will design and implement customer data unification and activation solutions, enabling real-time insights across Sales, Service, Marketing, and AI-powered experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business, analytics, and personalization objectives
Onboard data sources and configure data streams in collaboration with client and Infosys integration teams
Define data models, segmentation logic, and identity resolution strategies
Enable data activation across:
Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and enterprise data teams on scalable design
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards
Support testing, validation, performance tuning, and post-deployment optimization
Contribute to best practices, solution assets, and knowledge repositories
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data, analytics, CRM, or Salesforce implementations
Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, customer identity resolution, and real-time data processing
Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data ecosystems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual - English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
Experience with CDPs, data lakes, or enterprise analytics platforms
Exposure to AI-driven use cases using unified customer data
