Configure CRM entities, dashboards, security roles, and implement integrations with APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.
Basic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in software development and CRM solutions technologies with strong customer-facing communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) - strong verbal and written communication.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales) development.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
Knowledge of CRM workflows, security roles, and solution management.
Familiarity with integration techniques (APIs, web services, SSIS).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or Developer Associate.
Experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines.
Excellent collaboration abilities and agile methodology experience.
