- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
- At Least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues.
- At least 1 years of hands-on experience with data profiling tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with data lineage concepts and tools.
- Understanding of data risk management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data catalog tools and metadata management.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, FRM, CFA).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
