Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain RPA environments, including development, test, and production setups.
- Own and optimize deployment processes, ensuring smooth and secure bot releases.
- Implement and maintain version control systems for automation assets and configurations.
- Schedule and monitor bot executions, ensuring alignment with business SLAs.
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines for RPA solutions, integrating with enterprise DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with developers, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and drive root cause analysis for environment-related incidents
. Required
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering, with at least 3 years in RPA environments.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or other RPA platforms.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with bot scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to telecom, media, or technology domains.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automated provisioning tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and operational governance.
