    Position summary

    alary Range: 108571-119893 AUD Total Gross

    Location : Melbourne

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys delivery
    • Collaborating with business teams to understand business requirements
    • Understand the various integration touch point and data flow related to customer service, POS and digital businesses
    • Provide solutions to production issues around digital, customer service and retail areas
    • Drive /participate/coordinate key meetings with stakeholders
    • Focus on operational excellence, identification and eradication of process inefficiencies. Continuous improvement initiatives

    Skill / Competencies / Experience:

      • Domain: Customer Service, Ecommerce (Digital) and Stores
      • Cloud and Integrations :- AWS Services, Biztalk, Kafka
      • Database: - Cliqview, Oracle, SQL server
      • Enterprise Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Automic Scheduler
      • Documentation : Confluence

    ESSENTIAL

    • Good functional and technical knowledge of ecommerce and digital systems

    • to be able to guide team.

    PREFERRED

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.

    ADDITIONAL- Excellent customer facing skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
