• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong domain knowledge in DOCSIS, Fiber, CPEs, Device Management, LAN/WAN and IPv4/IPv6,
• Practical experience or understanding of network test tools, traffic analysers, performance, and stability testing.
• Proven expertise in network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with network management systems, provisioning tools, and monitoring platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Strong knowledge of IP networking for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of in-home devices and services.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic, and business-focused environment.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, ideally within a DevOps-driven environment, experience with Atlassian software tools for teamwork and project management
